Erik Lamela has come through a tough time at Tottenham and has been playing well and now, Atletico Madrid are looking to bring him to the Vincente Calderon.

Atletico Madrid could lose Antoinne Griemann to either Chelsea or Bayern Munich and they are already looking for a replacement and in form Argentine, Erik Lamela is looking like the man. Atletico Madrid are currently under pressure to let Griezmann go and make a huge profit from the sale of Griezmann and they could tempt Tottenham to release Lamela as they already have Eriksen and Nacar Chadli. Lamela is also looking to play a more substantial role at a top club and Atletico could offer him that as well as a chance to play in the UEFA champions league.

Atletico Madrid officials are yet to contact Tottenham but they could be doing so within the next few weeks.
