The Super Eagles of Nigeria have lost in the semi-finals of the CHAN 2014 to Ghana 4-1 on penalties.
The Super Eagles could not break down the Ghanaian defense, even though the Black Stars had been reduced to 10 men in the second half when Kwabena Adusei was sent off for a second bookable offense.
Ghana are now unbeaten in 9 games against Nigeria (at the senior level) since 23 January 2006.
Nigeria will play in the 3rd placed match on Saturday, while Ghana will play against Libya in Sunday’s final.
